And no, Giorno isn't gay I don't think he has. Jotaro, on the other hand, barely shows any sexual interest at all except for having an ex-wife in Part 6. You can thank CLAMP’s infamous doujin comics for the proliferation of Jotaro/Kakyoin works in the fandom, since the actual manga doesn’t explore their relationship very far. Jotaro Kujo (空条 承太郎, Kūjō Jōtarō) is the protagonist of the third part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, Stardust Crusaders, and the third JoJo of the series.

There's absolutely no way, in no infinite possibility this dudes gay. If it's Giorno then yes, or Josuke maybe, but quite frankly Jotaro is too far from being Gay. Straight cisgender men in Japan don’t look like JoJo characters at all, and if they do, they fall into the stereotype of okama [a slang term for feminine-looking men or gay men]. Though they might not be queer, they make space for traditionally feminine expressions in such a clear-cut hetero-masculine space in anime.

Being honest, Jonathan really isn't that gay thanks to his romance with Erina. If anything, Jonathan is the straightest JoJo character to date in this universe. Even appearance wise, he doesn't even fit the homosexual category, as he wears a shirt that cuts off at the lower abs. In the manga covers, there's not that much of a difference either, as Araki really did refrain from most flamboyant choices that would show in later parts.

Not one scene shows him being too friendly, or too close, he's just Jonathan. Joseph raises more of an eyebrow as to question his homosexuality. We can see that he definitely shows an interest in women, as with Suzi Q. However, thanks to his very close enounters with Caesar they're likely just friends both of them have girls , he could very well be homosexual later in his life or maybe during his part.

However, later in his history of JoJo, he seems to have a quite interesting interaction with Abdul Mohammed. Both of them have very interesting reactions to this situation but the most interesting is Joseph's. See, Joseph's response to this bizarre turn of events is wondering what Abdul is so worried about, he says as Abdul slides off his crotch area, and later the forced grinding Joseph was subject to.

This shows he doesn't seem very affected negatively if someone does something homosexual to him, nor does he care about public opinion of it. Jotaro, as we all know, is not a ladies' man. He calls his mother a bitch, and swats off all ladies whom cross his path. He even only had a kid to continue the Joestar bloodline. Does that make him gay? Not really.

Jotaro doesn't feel too comfortable even being around most men either, as he shows a deep disinterest toward almost all people, excluding people like Koichi who he has grown to like, or friends he acquired in Stardust Crusaders.
