We provide community resources, like a curated library, a gender affirming healthcare provider list, a closet with free clothing for LGBTQIA+ folks in need, and supportive programming and activities for LGBTQIA+ youth, parents, and transgender and non-binary adults. We provide safe, affirming space, programs and resources for LGBTQ+ people in Mid-Missouri.

LOCATION CHANGE -- RAIN! While the bike ride will still be held at Flat Branch Park, we've decided to move our other activities indoors. The Center Project is an all-volunteer community center focused on serving the needs of LGBTQIA+ people and communities in Columbia and throughout central Missouri. The Center Project’s mission is to provide resources and a safe space for LGBTQ individuals to meet, to play, and to grow.

Our outreach focuses on youth, families, and people living in rural areas. As as a community center, The Center Project hosts a variety of organizations and meetings. The Center Project (TCP) is mid-Missouri's only lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning and ally community center, now located at Fairview Avenue. Source: Salary.
